**2. Product Description**

All products are made-to-order using a print-on-demand service. Colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings and print variations.
We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee precise color matching. On products with numerous variants and sizes, it is not possible to show every single size or color combination. Please refer to the mockups that are available to make your decisions on your specific size, color, or item.

**3. Orders & Fulfillment**

Once an order is placed, it is submitted automatically to our print-on-demand partner for production. Orders typically ship within 4-8 business days, but this can vary with product. Please allow additional time for delivery depending on your location.

Since items are made-to-order, **all sales are final**. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery with photos, and we will assist with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
